Who may use Fablepop
Fablepop is a store for adults buying personalized books. You must be at least 18 to personalize a book, upload a photo, or place an order. Children and teens must ask a parent or guardian to use the service for them. Books are intended to be read together with an adult.
Your photos and personalization
Submit only information and images you are entitled to use. For a child, you must be their parent or legal guardian, or have that person's permission. Obtain permission from any adult depicted. Do not submit intimate, sexual, exploitative, abusive, illegal, infringing or misleading material; identity documents; or sensitive information such as a child's full birth date, school, address or medical details. A first name or nickname is sufficient.
You retain your rights in your uploads. You give Fablepop and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive permission to process them to validate suitability, generate and display your preview, produce and deliver your order, and provide related support. This permission does not authorize us to advertise with your child's image or publish your personalized book. AI processing and retention are described in our Privacy Policy. We may refuse unsafe or unauthorized submissions.
Review before ordering
Illustrations are generated with AI and may be stylized or differ from a photograph. Review the name, character and available sample pages before checkout. The remaining pages are produced after payment in the chosen style; the preview does not display every personalized page. Screen colors and printed colors can differ. Our policies do not excuse a defective, materially misdescribed or incorrectly fulfilled product.
Orders, price and delivery
The price and any tax are shown at checkout. Current US book orders include Standard shipping. We accept orders only for supported destinations. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers. Each book is custom made and production begins automatically after payment. Once an order is placed, we cannot accept changes or cancellation requests. Please check all personalization and delivery details before paying. This does not limit remedies required by applicable law. Our Shipping and Refund Policies form part of these terms.
Permitted use
Do not automate or repeatedly call our generation services to evade quotas, create excessive costs, defeat security checks, scrape private content, or interfere with other customers. Free previews are limited and may be paused for capacity, safety or spending reasons. Failed previews do not use the normal three-preview allowance; separate security request limits still apply.
Responsibility and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fablepop is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and its aggregate liability for a claim concerning an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including non-excludable consumer rights, fraud, willful misconduct, or liability for personal injury that cannot legally be limited. Nothing here waives a child's rights or removes obligations imposed by law.
You are responsible for losses caused by your knowing or unlawful infringement of another person's rights through submitted content, to the extent permitted by law. This does not require you to cover Fablepop's own wrongdoing.

Questions, safety concerns, removal requests, or suspected use by a minor: support@fablepopbooks.com. Material changes apply prospectively; the version accepted when you personalize is recorded. Applicable mandatory consumer law remains controlling.
