Shipping policy

Destinations and cost

Fablepop currently supports US delivery addresses accepted at checkout. The current book price includes Standard shipping. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. We use Standard service for fulfillment; faster options are available only if expressly offered.

Production and delivery

After verified payment, the remaining personalized artwork is generated, reviewed and assembled before the book is printed by our printing partner. Delivery includes both production time and carrier transit time. Any estimate displayed before purchase is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not promise arrival for a birthday or holiday unless we specifically confirm that commitment.

If no shipment time is stated with your order, we aim to ship within 30 days. If we cannot meet the stated shipment time or that 30-day period, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent and refund options required by applicable law.

Tracking and problems

Tracking is provided when available after dispatch. Please check your address before checkout and contact support@fablepopbooks.com immediately about errors. A production or carrier problem can require extra time; contact us about lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered orders so we can investigate. Our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law govern remedies.
